:: Maryland Settles In Paxil Lawsuit ::

BALTIMORE -- Officials expect a $14 million nationwide prescription depression drug settlement to net about $260,000 for Maryland.

The attorney general's office said the settlement will recover state claims for Medicaid and other prescription drug plan purchases of Paxil on behalf of needy citizens.
